The Chengli story
Chengli was officially registered on September 16, 2004 with the approval of the Suizhou Administration for Industry and Commerce. The first 2,200 m² workshop was completed and put into production within 2005 — the start of an entrepreneurial run that has lasted more than two decades.
By 2013 Chengli had grown into China’s leading private special vehicle manufacturer with the most complete product range and highest output in its class. In 2014 the group entered China’s Top 500 Private Manufacturing Enterprises; by 2018 its sanitation vehicles had ranked first in national sales for six consecutive years, and the group was selected as a national civil-military integration pilot enterprise.

How the export desk works
Every truck starts from the job it must do: the route, the load, the climate and the budget. We publish capacity ranges and indicative pricing openly, quote with shipping options to West African ports, and support SONCAP, Form M and PAAR processes with the paperwork buyers actually need.
Quality control is documented: chassis inspection, tank pressure tests, hydraulic checks and electrical tests are photographed before loading, and third-party inspection (SGS, BV, TÜV) can be arranged on request.
After-sales commitment
Every delivered fleet gets a parts list, operation guidance and a direct line to the engineering team. Wear parts for hydraulic systems, pumps and chassis are stocked for repeat orders, and technicians can be dispatched for fleet handover and operator training.
